Walton open
Four Lewes vaulters competed on Sunday 17th April at the Walton open meeting.
James (Jim) Shackleton U17M set a new p.b. by 8cm clearing 2.80m.
Vicky Warren U15G also added 8cm to her previous best in clearing 2.50m
Emilie Blackwell U17W cleared 3.20m with ease with two good attempts at 3.30m.
Livvy Connor U15G also added 8cm to her previous best to become the youngest Lewes vaulter male or female to clear 3.00m, this also moves her to joint second in the UK U15 rankings and Livvy is still in her first year in the age group.
Tamsin Campbell U13G Crawley ac who trains with the Lewes squad added 18cm to her best to go top of the U13 UK rankings.
