Twenty members of Lewes AC took part in the Hove Prom 10K road race on Sunday. Despite a noticeable south-westerly breeze, several athletes recorded personal best (PB) performances on the pan-flat, two-lap promenade course. Lewes AC took a magnificent triple at the Heathfield 10k last Sunday, June 24th: first and second individual places, plus the team win.
