Lewes had two athletes selected to compete at the South East Region Inter County Schools combined events championships at K2 Crawley. Livvy Connor in competition with the best 28 school athletes from the eight counties that make up the south east region won the gold medal and helped the Sussex County Intermediate Girls team to win the hepthalon event. Rob Mullett who has been selected to represent Great Britain in the European Team Competition at Gateshead on the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd June 2013. Rob has been selected to compete in the 3000m Steeplechase. Rob currently heads the UK rankings for this event with a personal best time of 8mins 31.62secs.
