Sussex Track & Field Indoor Championships

Held on 14/15th February at David Weir Leisure centre Carshalton. Ciaran Harvey V40M clocked 7.39 seconds in the senior mens 60m to win the Bronze medal and set a new pb and club record. Lewes AC back to winning ways

Having suffered a 3 point defeat by Hailsham Harriers at the last Sunday Cross Country League race at Pett last month 27 club members turned up at the Ashdown Forest event determined to reverses the score line. Horsham Indoor 50m & 50m Hurdles

Some good early season 50m sprints and hurdles at Horsham on Thursday 29th January. Ciaran Harvey V40 M broke his own club 50m record recording 6.5 seconds. The Lewes AC team win the Worthing Lido 4 mile race.

Whilst 29 Lewes AC runners battled it out at the South of England Cross Country Championships at Stanmer Park on Saturday 24th Feb on the Sunday 27 other club members took part with 700 other runners in the Lido 4 mile race along the Worthing Sea Front.
