Lewes AC win International event
Travelling to Cyprus to take part in the International Four Day Festival of Running the Lewes AC team came away with first prize.
Not only did the team win but David Bradford came first overall and John Lowden came first in the over 50 category.
The four events included a time trial over 5K a hill climb of 11K a half marathon followed by a 10K.
Congratulation to the team of David and Matt Bradford, Simon Bomford, Andrew Masters and John Lowden.
Incidentally they just made it back on Tuesday night before Gatwick was snow bound thanks to a sterling effort by Peter Masters battling through the snow up the M23 to reach them.
