Speed and Strength: Lewes AC Runners Excel at Chichester 10K 2025

Lewes Athletic Club runners put in a series of impressive performances at the highly competitive Chichester 10k 2025, held on Sunday. With strong showings across multiple age categories, the club demonstrated depth and talent in the prestigious race.
Leading the way for Lewes AC was Jeremy Davison, who finished in 108th place overall with a time of 35:41, securing 16th place in the MV40 category. Hot on his heels was Lewis Sida, clocking 36:06 and achieving an outstanding 2nd place in the MV55 category. Adam Vaughan also impressed, finishing in 36:19 and placing 5th in the MV45 category.
Among the club’s female athletes, Liv Wise delivered a fantastic performance in the Senior Women’s category, crossing the line in 39:17 and securing 20th place. Rachel Hillman also had a superb run, finishing in 37:05 to take 3rd place in the FV35 category.
Veteran runners from Lewes AC also made their mark. Andrew Chitty placed 2nd in the MV70 category with a time of 46:18. At the same time, Karin Divall achieved 2nd place in the FV65 category, finishing in 49:20. Sally Norris and Kerry Jackson both delivered strong runs in the FV45 category, placing 7th and 13th respectively.
The race, known for its fast course and high-quality field, attracted top regional club runners. Lewes AC’s performances showcased individual excellence and the strength of the club’s training and competitive spirit.
