Lewes AC on the international stage

Rob Mullet who is currently living in the USA had some tremendous results over the weekend when competing in Indianapolis.

Competing in the Polar Bear 3mile and 5mile road races he decided to run both races straight after each other in place of his normal training runs.

The first race, the 3 mile race started at 8.30am in the morning and Rob was the first across the line in a time of 15mins 50secs.

At 9.15am the 5 mile race started and Rob finished second in a time of 24mins 45secs.

Not bad for what should have been a training run!
