Lewes 10 race Urgent Announcement
Whilst Wallands School remains the Race HQ for the Lewes 10 and Lewes 5 Downland Races to take place on Sunday the 3rd October there is now no car parking at the school. The School at the very last minute has informed the club that a security gate has been built across the access to the car parking area which is not wide enough to take a car.
The club has now arranged car parking at County Hall car park in Lewes which is about a quarter of mile to half a mile from the school and the start of the race. A shuttle bus has been organised for those that wish to take it others might wish to use the distance as a race warm up.
Signs will be in place from the prison cross roads traffic lights to direct cars to the County Hall car park.
