Friday 2nd June; Gemma Tutton U13 girl guested in the Sussex U15 league West.
Gemma had to wait over an hour to enter the competition clearing 2.80m on her first attempt. The bar them moved to 3.00m which she cleared after a couple of hiccups on her third attempt. The next height of 3.21m cleared first time for new UK U13 record. The bar was then raised to 3.35m and again Gemma cleared easily on her first attempt.
The competition was then held up for 20 minutes after the bar was broken and another couldn’t be found. Gemma did manage to have one really close effort at 3.43m.
