South Downs Relay
With the club located in the heart of the South Downs National Park it is to be expected that club members enjoy running across the Downs and the countryside. In particular the club enters teams in the 100 mile South Down relay that starts in Eastbourne and finishes in Winchester. With over 50 teams entering the event from across the region the club has been successful with teams winning in the veteran, senior men and senior women categories.
The Lewes Downland 10 and 5 mile trail races
In October of each year starting in 1984 the club organises its own Downland trail races across the Downs starting and finishing from the Landport Bottom just on the edge of Lewes.
