Welcome to Lewes Athletic Club
Success Through Enjoyment

The best way to look up your rankings against other athletes across the UK and regionally is to go to UK Athletics’ Power of 10 website. The site compares competition times, distances and heights against athletes from other clubs across the UK.  Many Lewes AC athletes figure very highly within this site.

The ranking pages here enable you to compare your performances against past and present fellow club members’ best performances in competition while they were a first-claim member of Lewes AC. (Individual performances done as part of a relay are not included.)

To have a performance included in the tables, please email rankings@lewesac.co.uk giving:

  • Name of athlete
  • Age category
  • Event
  • Result (time/distance/height)
  • Date of performance
  • Location
  • A link to online results for the event, or to the athlete’s Power of Ten page

If you would prefer your name not to appear in these rankings please again email rankings@lewesac.co.uk.

Note on age categories

Junior age categories
We have used the UKA age categories. These are differently defined for track and field and for road.
Your track and field age category for a performance is the category given in your Power of Ten page for that year unless your performance was after 1st October in your second year as U13, U15 or U17, in which case your age category for the perfomance is the next category up from the one given in Power of Ten for that year.
Your road (including Parkrun) age category for a performance is the category given in your Power of Ten page for that year unless your performance was before 1st October in your first year as U13, U15, U17 or U20, in which case the the UKA age category for the performance is the next category down from the one shown in Power of Ten for that year.

Vet age categories
These are based on age on the day of the event, with age bands of 5 years starting at V35 for track and field and of 10 years starting at V40 for road times.  Vet age categories shown in Power of Ten are based the category you belonged to on 1st January of the year, so your  age category for a performance is the category given in your Power of Ten page unless your performance was after your birthday in the year you turned 35, 40, 45 etc., in which case the age category for the performance is the next category up from the one shown in Power of Ten for that year.
